Reveal Arc

The entry point to every engagement — a diagnostic that makes the invisible visible.

In ninety minutes, we map the real architecture behind the pressure, reveal what’s out of alignment, and name what’s needed for the system to hold again.

Learn about the Reveal Arc

What it is

The Reveal Arc isn’t a coaching session or a strategy review.

It’s a focused diagnostic — part structural mapping, part energetic sensing — designed to show exactly where your leadership or organisation has drifted out of alignment.

We look through the Architecture Lens, which combines the Seven Foundations of We and the Five A’s, to reveal the core pattern underneath the pressure you’re feeling.

Steps of the Arc

Session 1 – Reveal

75–90 minute guided diagnostic using the Architecture Lens. You’ll surface what’s true — the real fault lines and the quiet strengths holding everything together.

Analysis

Between sessions we map and interpret what emerged — clarifying the energetic and structural patterns at play.

Session 2 – Decision

We meet again to share findings, test implications, and decide the right next step — whether that’s a Pilot Arc, a Full Arc, or focused advisory support.

Reveal Report

You receive a written synthesis of the system — what’s working, what’s leaking, and where new structures are required.

Extending the view — Deeper Diagnostics

If you want to explore further, two companion diagnostics use the same lens:
The Resonance Scan — maps how trust and energy move through the wider field.
The Architecture Audit — examines the structures, roles, and rhythms beneath the surface.

The Resonance Scan

Some leaders want to take the clarity of a Reveal further — to see how trust, alignment, and energy move through the wider system. The Resonance Scan maps collective coherence — how trust and rhythm flow through your organisation. It translates the invisible field into data you can see and work with.

After a Reveal

Measure how alignment flows across your team.

Before a Signal

Map the field before refining your leadership signal.

The Architecture Audit

Where the Resonance Scan measures energy and flow, the Architecture Audit examines structure.
It looks at the systems beneath — roles, rhythms, agreements, artefacts — and shows how well they support or distort trust and coherence.

After a Reveal

Map where structure supports or blocks flow.

Before a Signal

Test readiness before blending teams or priorities.

Leadership situations we see most often

The newly elevated

You’ve stepped into a bigger role, but the foundation beneath you still belongs to someone else. The architecture hasn’t yet shifted to reflect your way of leading.

Often evolves into The Stand

The visionary outpacing the system

Your ideas move faster than your structure — the pace, people, or systems can’t yet carry the intent.

Often becomes The Blend

The weight bearer

You’re the one keeping it all upright — trusted, indispensable, but quietly overloaded. The system depends on your strength more than it should.

Usually leads into The Burden as Fuel

The steady operator stepping into signal

You’ve mastered delivery — the results speak for themselves — yet you know there’s a deeper voice waiting to lead. You’re ready to be known for what you stand for, not just what you run.

Often becomes The Signal

Every Architecture of We journey begins here

Some leaders leave the Reveal Arc with one or two actions they can take immediately.
Others see what can no longer be unseen — and choose to enter one of the four Arcs: The Stand, The Blend, The Burden as Fuel, or The Signal.

Either way, you’ll walk away knowing what’s true: where your architecture is misaligned, what your system is ready for, and what it will take to rebuild with integrity.

The Reveal Arc is priced at CHF 1’250, reflecting the depth of the diagnostic and the written Reveal Report you receive.

It’s a complete engagement in itself — a moment of clarity that realigns truth, structure, and next steps.

What the Reveal reveals

Six recurring patterns where essence and structure fall out of sync:

• When promises drift • When ownership blurs • When rhythm outruns reality
• When form replaces flow • When access narrows • When containment cracks

When promises drift

In calmer times everyone means well, but when pressure rises, small promises start to slide.
Agreements blur, people retreat a little, and the energy that once carried the work forward begins to fade.
The Reveal simply names it: trust has thinned — what do you want to rebuild from here?

When trust thins, energy follows.

When ownership blurs

Responsibility scatters until it’s hard to tell who is actually holding what.
Decisions circle in polite conversation; the work never quite lands.
The Reveal helps the leader see where clarity slipped — and what it would take to anchor it again.

When no one holds it, everyone carries it.

The system has learned to move faster than truth.
Meetings race ahead of meaning; everyone’s calendar proves commitment, not coherence.
The Reveal slows the tempo just long enough to ask whether the current rhythm still serves the work.

Every rhythm must breathe, or it breaks.

There are plenty of decks, updates and well-written plans, yet something essential feels absent.
Words are polished, but the resonance has gone flat.
The Reveal surfaces what the language is protecting — and invites the conversation that could bring life back in.

When form hardens, essence hides.

Decisions begin to bottleneck.
Insight from the edge no longer reaches the centre, and the most capable voices grow quiet.
The Reveal shows where gates have formed — and asks how openness might return without chaos.

Leadership widens when access does.

Everyone is trying to hold everything.
The structure bends under good intentions until it starts to buckle.
The Reveal traces the weight lines and asks the leader where strength needs redistributing.

Too much holding breaks the holder.

The Reveal Arc begins with a conversation — to sense whether this is the right moment and what’s alive in your system.
